Yes, we do not store your financial details. Your payments are processed via Paystack which is one of the biggest payment processor in Africa.
If you would like to request a refund, you can contact the store owner directly via the store number in the confirmation email. Store owners are able to withdraw their paid funds the following day, so you can expect to receive your refund the next day. However, please note that you will not be refunded the full amount as there is a service and processing charge, which has already been automatically deducted at checkout. To know the exact deducted amount, please refer to the service charges in your confirmation email.

Placing an order is simple! Browse through our wide selection of products, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to enter your shipping details and payment information. To become a vendor, go to Damessentials Registration Page, fill in the required details, and select "Vendor." Make sure to add your location in parentheses next to your store name using our coverage area list EG Your_Store_Name (Lekki). Without a location, your store listing won’t be approved. Log in, navigate to your Vendor Dashboard, go to "Settings," and enter your payout account number and bank code (available bank cod are listed here - https://damessentials.com/go/Codes ) both the account number and Bank code is required. Then, under “Withdrawals,” enter your withdrawal amount and confirm. Note that withdrawals are automated and processed between 4 am and 7 am after the sales day ends.
Once you receive an order, log in to your Vendor Dashboard, go to "Orders," select the order, and update the status as you prepare it. Call the customer to confirm delivery fees, arrange delivery through a courier preferable in-drive, and update the shipping status. Once the customer confirms receipt, mark the order as "Delivered."

Payouts are processed on a daily basis, and you will receive your payment approximately between **4 AM and 7 AM** the day after your order has been sold. This timing allows us to ensure everything for the previous day is correctly processed, and your earnings are transferred.
Please note that once your payout request is submitted, the payment cannot be reversed, so make sure your bank details such as account number and bank code are accurate before submitting. If you have any concerns or discrepancies, don’t hesitate to reach out through the chatbox on our website. Please not we charge a non refundable 100 Naira per withdrawal.
